Troubleshooting

My DAW doesn't see the plugin after installation

This issue can occur for several reasons:

  • Ensure you've installed the correct plugin format for your DAW (VST3, AU, or AAX)
  • Try scanning for new plugins within your DAW
  • Check if your DAW supports 64-bit plugins (our plugins are 64-bit only)
  • Verify that the plugins were installed in the correct directory for your DAW to find them
  • Restart your computer, as sometimes this resolves plugin recognition issues

If the problem persists, please contact our support team with details about your system and DAW.

I'm experiencing crashes or stability issues

If you encounter crashes or stability issues:

  • Ensure you're running the latest version of both our plugin and your DAW
  • Check your system meets the minimum requirements
  • Try increasing your DAW's buffer size to reduce CPU load
  • Disable other plugins to isolate if there's a conflict
  • Check for conflicting software like antivirus programs

If problems continue, please send us a detailed crash report through our support page, including your system specifications, DAW version, and steps to reproduce the issue.

I've lost my license key

There's no license key, use your login and password to activate the plugin.

The plugin's interface appears too small or too large

Our plugins support interface scaling. In the plugin settings (usually accessible via the gear icon), you can adjust the UI scale to better fit your screen resolution. If your DAW also has a plugin UI scaling feature, you may need to adjust both.
