Welcome to monsterDSP ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at monsterDSP.com (the "Service") and all audio plugins, software, and digital products (collectively, "Products") operated by monsterDSP.

2. Purchase and Licensing

All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law. However, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances.

3. User Accounts

  • Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape

6. Product Updates

monsterDSP may from time to time provide updates, enhancements, or improvements to the Products. We reserve the right to add or remove features, fix bugs, or discontinue Products at our sole discretion.

While we strive to ensure backward compatibility, we cannot guarantee that future updates will be compatible with all third-party software, hardware, or operating systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall monsterDSP, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service
